With thick cerebral tones of jazz, funk, soul, electronic, and dance music, 'Are You There' meticulously combines the experiences of its creators (Javier Santiago, Taylor Johnson, Miguel Hurtado, and co-producer Medium Zach), to provide a lush and invigorating artistic artifact aimed to speak to the peculiar times we now find tying us together.
Your story doesn't have to unfold in a silo. Even in isolation, it is time to shine as much light on the deepest depths of as many stories in our communities as possible. We need to know more about each other so we can support each other. We need to ask questions of each other and share those answers to those who need them. We need to weave ourselves closer. This project represents what happens when different perspectives and experiences are celebrated, and quilted together, complimenting and enhancing each other.
Our best guide is our intuition. Whether or not you are of the creative cloth, your heart will always tell you where you should go. Let 'Are You There?' be a soundtrack to that chamber of guidance. After all, dreaming at night is the only way we can connect with the spirits.

Ever since this came across and I took a chance on its intrigue, this has been one of those albums I knew I would absolutely be owning forever. It's such a mesmerizing, cohesive piece and once the symphony steps in, it becomes utterly transcendent. It's one of the best pure pieces of music I've ever heard. I hope one day to hear a live performance, even if it's local musicians and a symphony, just to hear it in that space. giventofly87
